A Letter to Parents

If you're here, chances are you're looking for ways to help your child feel loved, safe, and emotionally secure. Good news? You are not alone.

Parenting is one of life's greatest gifts and one of its greatest responsibilities. Every day, we are laying the emotional foundation our children will carry into adulthood. So let’s give it our best!

Family Activities

After reading the book together, try:

Angel Gratitude Practice

Ask your child to share three things they are grateful for before bed.

Love & Light Visualization

Invite your child to imagine being surrounded by a warm light of love and protection.

Bedtime Reflection

Ask, “What made you smile today?”

Family Affirmations

Repeat together:
“I am loved.”
“I am safe.”
“I am protected.”
“I am never alone.”

Children may not remember every toy or gift you get them. But they will certainly remember how they felt during this bedtime ritual.
