About The Author
Meet the Author, Alicia Russ

Alicia Russ is a mother, storyteller, Theta-Healing Practitioner, business owner, energy healer, and passionate advocate for emotional wellbeing, mindfulness, and heart-centered living. She believes in the quiet power of love, guidance, faith, and the special connection children have to the world around them.
She wrote Bedtime With Angels to create a peaceful bedtime experience that helps children feel calm, safe, and supported as they drift off to sleep. Her inspiration came from the simple yet meaningful bedtime moments she shared with her son, Ryker. Like many parents, Alicia wanted a gentle way to help him release the worries of the day, settle his mind, and end each night feeling comforted and loved
As a mother, Alicia understands that children often face big emotions and life transitions that can feel overwhelming. During a season when Ryker was adjusting to life between two homes, she created a comforting bedtime ritual filled with reassuring words, love, and the reminder that he was never alone. Those heartfelt moments eventually inspired Bedtime With Angels.
Through her writing, Alicia hopes to help families create beautiful bedtime routines that nurture emotional comfort, connection, and peace. Her greatest wish is for every child to fall asleep knowing they are surrounded by love, supported through life's challenges, and always cared for.
When she isn't writing, Alicia enjoys traveling, spending time with her son, and building businesses focused on wellness, personal growth, and helping others feel their very best. She hopes Bedtime With Angels becomes a treasured part of bedtime routines for families everywhere.
